1. Services Provided Lara Clere LLC provides digital marketing, local online visibility, and business support services. These services may include strategy, optimisation, reporting, analytics, and access to third-party tools or platforms used to support service delivery. All services are delivered remotely and are based on best-practice methodologies. No specific results, rankings, sales, or revenue outcomes are guaranteed.
2. Use of Third-Party Platforms Some services rely on third-party software, tools, or platforms. Lara Clere LLC does not own or control these platforms and is not responsible for outages, downtime, or changes caused by third-party providers. Use of such tools may also be subject to the providers’ own terms.
3. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use the services for legitimate business purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or violations.
4. Payments & Billing Services are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellation Clients may cancel services by providing written notice within the agreed notice period. Upon cancellation, access to services and platforms will be discontinued and no refunds will be issued for already billed periods.
6. Intellectual Property All materials, reports, strategies, dashboards, and communications remain the intellectual property of Lara Clere LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability Lara Clere LLC shall not be liable for financial losses, lost profits, algorithm changes, or business decisions made based on provided information. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
8. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR) Personal data is processed in accordance with EU GDPR. Data is collected only as necessary for service delivery and is not sold. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
